A renaissance gal passionista and her amazing family.

“You can’t teach an old dog new tricks.”

This very famous saying is a proverb, and that’s what we have to write about this week, proverbs.

A proverb is a short, traditional saying that expresses some obvious truth or familiar experience- Websters New World Dictionary.

Now back to the saying. This means that when someone or something has done one thing for a long time, it is impossible or very difficult to change their way’s. I don’t necessarily agree with this because you can teach an 80 year old person how to use a computer or with smoking LOTS of people have stopped. But most people say they can’t because of ignorance, (bull crap) but if someone else was able to then you can just as easily. So this is an easily BUSTED myth.
